Job summary

Accenture is seeking a Learning Operations Senior Analyst to support the execution and delivery of learning and talent development initiatives. You will coordinate learning operations, manage training logistics, maintain learner data, and support stakeholder engagement across client and internal programs.

The Learning & Development (L&D) Analyst supports the execution and delivery of learning, talent development, and capability-building initiatives across client and internal programs. The role is responsible for coordinating learning operations, managing training logistics, maintaining learning data and reporting, supporting stakeholder engagement, and ensuring an effective learner experience. The analyst works closely with business leaders, HR partners, trainers, vendors, and employees to support the successful implementation of learning strategies and programs

Roles and Responsibilities:

Key Responsibilities

• Manage and support end-to-end learning and development operations for assigned business units, functions or client programs
• Coordinate training schedules, learning calendars, onboarding sessions, instructor-led, virtual, and self-paced learning and development initiatives
• Partner with business stakeholders to identify training needs and capability development requirements
• Monitor training effectiveness through reports, feedback analysis, and learning metrics
• Support implementation of leadership development, upskilling, compliance, and behavioural training programs
• Support content deployment, learning assignments, and curriculum updates within learning platforms
• Collaborate with trainers, instructional designers, and external vendors for program execution
• Ensure learning data accuracy and maintain training records within LMS and reporting tools
• Prepare dashboards, reports, and presentations for leadership review
• Drive employee engagement initiatives related to learning and career development
• Identify process improvement opportunities and support automation or optimization initiatives
• Ensure adherence to organizational policies, compliance standards, and training governance requirements
• Analyse learning data to identify trends, gaps, and opportunities for improvement
• Support audits and compliance reporting related to mandatory training programs
• Communicate learning opportunities, program updates, and training requirements to employees
• Contribute to best practice sharing and continuous improvement efforts across the learning function
