Job summary

Navlakha Management Services in Mumbai seeks a technically proficient sales support professional to understand customer requirements and suggest suitable products. You will prepare technical quotations and proposals, and support the sales team with technical information.

You will also prepare product presentations and datasheets, coordinate with customers on pricing, assist in tender preparation, and ensure smooth follow-up with clients while coordinating with internal teams.

Qualifications

• Candidate should have basic knowledge of electronics, automation and instrumentation products.
• Familiarity with sensors, transmitters, PLC, SCADA and other instrumentation products is preferred.
• Strong communication and presentation skills are required.
• Proficiency with MS Excel and MS Office is expected.
• Ability to prepare quotations and technical documents is essential.
