Job summary

Brixat Automations and Solutions is seeking a proactive Sales Coordination candidate to support techno-commercial proposals and quotations. You will liaise with the design team for inputs, prepare cost sheets, and maintain CRM data across the sales funnel.

The role suits fresh graduates with strong fundamentals and a willingness to learn cost analysis, vendor comparisons, and documentation, contributing to timely tender submissions and order handovers.

Qualifications

• B.Tech in Chemical Engineering, Instrumentation Engineering or E&I as a must.
• Freshers with strong fundamentals can apply.

Responsibilities

• Support sales team in preparing techno-commercial proposals and quotations.
• Coordinate with application/design team for technical inputs and costing details.
• Prepare cost sheets, vendor comparison statements, and documentation.
• Maintain and update CRM with lead status, proposals, and project pipeline stages.
• Track inquiries, follow up internally for timely submission of offers.
• Assist in tender documentation and bid submission process.
• Maintain proper records of proposals, revisions, and client communications.
• Support sales team in order processing and handover to execution team.
• Coordinate with suppliers to obtain technical and commercial details.
