Factory Automation is seeking a high-impact sales leader to drive growth in industrial automation solutions across manufacturing sectors. You will lead a sales team, craft strategies and translate complex PLC/SCADA/Siemens offerings into business value for clients.

The role requires engineering education, strong communication, and a proven track record in sales leadership and team management within automation domains. Based in Dadri, prefer candidates with local market understanding.

Qualifications

• Graduate/Postgraduate in Engineering, Electronics or related field.
• Strong knowledge of Industrial Automation technologies (PLC, SCADA, Motion, Vision, HMI, Switchgear).
• Proven track record in sales leadership and team management.
• Excellent communication, negotiation and presentation skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage the sales team to achieve revenue targets.
• Develop and execute sales strategies for automation products and solutions.
• Identify new business opportunities in PLC, SCADA, Motion Control, Vision Systems, HMI, Switchgear, and Siemens PLC solutions.

• Collaborate with technical teams to provide customized automation solutions.
• Conduct market analysis and competitor benchmarking.
• Prepare MIS reports, forecasts, and dashboards for management review.
