JOB PURPOSE

To support the cost management function by raising indents and tracking Purchase Requisition (PR) and Purchase Order (PO) status, ensuring accurate and timely reporting.

QUALIFICATION & EXPERIENCE

• Any Graduate with minimum 45 years of experience in a relevant domain

KEY ROLES & RESPONSIBILITIES

• Support the Cost Manager in raising indents and tracking PR and PO status
• Generate and distribute management reports accurately and on time
• Recommend updates to current MIS to improve reporting efficiency and consistency
• Perform periodic data analysis for report generation

TECHNICAL KNOWLEDGE & COMPETENCIES

• Basic understanding of data center environment: power, cooling, security systems, etc.
• Basic understanding of infrastructure: DG, UPS, chiller, PAHU, FWU, HV/MV/LV panels, BMS/CPM systems, and associated parameters
• Advanced Excel: VLOOKUP, HLOOKUP, Pivot Tables, PowerPoint, formula analysis
• Database management
• Awareness of ISO certifications: QMS, ITSM, ISMS, BCMS, EnMS, EMS, OHSE, etc.
