Job summary

Gaurs in India seeks a senior HR leader to drive the function across the organization. You will shape people strategy, lead talent acquisition, manpower planning, payroll, benefits, and compliance while partnering with business heads to enable growth.

You will oversee performance management, learning & development, succession planning, and employee engagement, focusing on building a high-performance culture and governance to sustain productivity.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage the overall Human Resources function across the organization.
• Develop and implement HR strategies aligned with business objectives.
• Manage Talent Acquisition, manpower planning, and employee lifecycle processes.
• Oversee payroll, compensation & benefits, and HR operations.
• Ensure compliance with Labour Laws and statutory requirements.
• Drive employee engagement, retention, and organizational culture initiatives.
• Handle employee relations, disciplinary matters and grievance management.
• Design and implement HR policies, SOPs, and governance frameworks.
• Lead Performance Management Systems, KPI/KRA implementation, succession planning, and talent development programs.
• Oversee Learning & Development, leadership development, and training initiatives.
• Manage HR budgeting, manpower planning, and workforce productivity metrics.
• Ensure effective HRMS utilization and HR analytics for decision-making.
• Partner with business leaders and department heads on organizational development and workforce requirements.
• Monitor and improve employee lifecycle processes, including onboarding, confirmation, transfers, promotions, and separations.
• Lead compliance audits and coordinate with internal and external auditors.
• Drive organizational restructuring, change management, and transformation initiatives as required.
• Ensure timely MIS reporting and HR dashboards for senior management and leadership review.
• Build a high-performance culture through effective talent management and leadership support.
