Job summary

Western Refrigeration Pvt Ltd is seeking an experienced Plant HR professional for Malav, Valsad. The role requires 8-10 years in HR within a manufacturing/plant setting, with strong expertise in HR Operations, Employee Relations and Labour Compliance.

You will manage on-site HR activities, workforce planning, recruitment, onboarding, attendance, payroll inputs, and HR MIS while ensuring statutory compliance and employee development. Strong communication and stakeholder management are essential.

Qualifications

• Graduate/MBA in HR or equivalent.
• 8-10 years of HR experience, preferably in a manufacturing/plant environment.
• Strong knowledge of HR Operations, Employee Relations & Labour Compliance.
• Good communication and stakeholder management skills.
