Job summary

TMS Group in Kerala is seeking a Performance Marketing Specialist to own and optimize paid campaigns across Meta (Facebook & Instagram) and Google Ads, with a focus on D2C e-commerce and lead generation.

You will collaborate with creative and content teams to develop high-performing ad creatives, run tests, monitor daily performance, and ensure tracking across Pixel, GA4 and Ads platforms. This role requires office-based work at Chalakudy.

Qualifications

• 2–3 years of performance marketing experience.
• Hands-on D2C and Lead Gen campaigns.
• Agency experience preferred.
• Strong knowledge of Meta Ads and Google Ads.
• Ability to analyze data and optimize campaigns.

• Willingness to work from office in Chalakudy, Kerala.
