Keka Inc. is seeking a Performance Marketing Executive to manage Google Ads and Meta Ads campaigns for Indian and international clients.

You will handle day-to-day execution, optimization, reporting, and basic tracking across Ecommerce/DTC and B2B lead gen initiatives. Ideal candidates have 1-2 years hands-on experience with Google Ads and Meta Ads Manager, can independently set up standard campaigns, and possess strong analytical skills and proficiency with Google Sheets.

The candidate should be comfortable with day-to-day campaign execution, optimization, reporting, research, and basic tracking. The role will involve working on both Ecommerce/DTC and B2B lead generation campaigns for Indian and international clients.

Key Responsibilities

• Set up, manage, and optimize Google Ads and Meta Ads campaigns.
• Perform daily account hygiene and performance checks.
• Conduct keyword, audience, and competitor research.
• Monitor campaign budgets and performance.
• Execute creative, audience, keyword, and campaign tests.
• Analyse metrics such as ROAS, CAC, CPA, CPL, CTR, CPC, and CVR.
• Prepare weekly and monthly performance reports.
• Identify underperforming campaigns and suggest optimizations.
• Perform basic landing page and funnel analysis.
• Identify and troubleshoot conversion tracking issues.
• Support media planning and campaign scaling under senior guidance.

Required Skills

• 1-2 years of hands-on performance marketing experience.
• Strong working knowledge of Google Ads and Meta Ads Manager.
• Ability to independently set up and manage standard campaigns.
• Good understanding of campaign optimization and performance metrics.
• Basic knowledge of conversion tracking and attribution.
