Qualifications

Key Responsibilities

• Plan, execute, and manage paid campaigns across Google Ads, Meta Ads (Facebook/Instagram), LinkedIn, and other relevant platforms.
• Own campaign budgets and optimize spend to maximize ROAS, CPL, and CAC targets.
• Conduct A/B testing on ad creatives, copy, audiences, and landing pages to improve performance.
• Track, analyze, and report on key performance metrics (CTR, CPC, CPA, ROAS, conversion rate) using tools like Google Analytics, Meta Ads Manager, and Google Ads.
• Collaborate with the design/content team to develop high-performing ad creatives and landing pages.
• Manage marketing funnels and work closely with sales to ensure quality lead flow and conversion tracking.
• Stay current with platform updates, industry trends, and competitor activity to identify new growth opportunities.
• Prepare regular performance reports and dashboards for stakeholders.
• Manage marketing budgets responsibly and forecast spend against targets.

Required Skills & Qualifications
