Job summary

JobItUs in Delhi is seeking an aspiring Performance Marketing professional to plan and optimize paid campaigns across Meta and Google Ads. You will drive traffic, leads and sales for ecommerce initiatives.

The role requires 2-3 years of hands-on experience, expertise in GA4/GTM, Shopify advertising, and a solid grasp of attribution and remarketing.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or related field.
• 2–3 years of hands-on experience in Performance Marketing.
• Strong knowledge of Google Ads and Meta Ads Manager.
• Experience with GA4 and GTM.
• Good understanding of conversion tracking, attribution models, and remarketing.
• Experience in e-commerce advertising (Shopify preferred).
• Google Ads Certification.
• Experience with Shopify, Merchant Center, and Google Search Console.

Responsibilities

• Manage Meta Ads (Facebook & Instagram) campaigns to drive traffic, leads, and sales.
• Conduct keyword research, audience segmentation, and competitor analysis.
• Monitor campaign performance and optimize based on KPIs such as CTR, CPC, CPA, ROAS, and conversions.
• Implement and manage conversion tracking using Google Tag Manager (GTM) and Google Analytics 4 (GA4).
• Create A/B tests for ad creatives, landing pages, and audience targeting.
• Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly performance reports with actionable insights.
• Collaborate with the creative, content, and design teams to develop highperforming ad creatives.
• Manage advertising budgets efficiently to achieve business goals.
• Stay updated with the latest digital marketing trends, platform updates, and industry best practices.
