What You’ll Do

• Plan, execute, and scale paid campaigns across Google Ads and Meta Ads (Facebook & Instagram)
• Drive Lead Generation with a focus on quality and cost‑efficiency
• Continuously test and optimize campaigns – audiences, creatives, bidding strategies, and budgets
• Track ROI, CAC, CPL, and other key performance metrics, and translate data into actionable insights
• Build and present regular performance reports to stakeholders
• Collaborate with creative and content teams to improve ad performance
• Minimum 4+ Years of Experience in Performance Marketing (agency or in-house)
• Hands‑on, end‑to‑end campaign management on Google Ads (Search, Display, Performance Max) and Meta Ads (Facebook & Instagram)
• Proven experience in Lead Generation campaigns – from audience targeting to funnel conversion
• Strong skills in A/B testing, bid strategy management, and budget allocation for Campaign Optimization
• Working knowledge of Google Analytics (GA4), Google Tag Manager, and Meta Pixel/Conversions API for tracking and attribution
• Ability to build ROI dashboards and performance reports and present insights clearly to stakeholders
• Solid grasp of CPL, CAC, ROAS, CTR and other core performance KPIs
• Experience with landing page optimization and conversion rate improvement
• Excellent communication, analytical, and problem‑solving skills
• Ability to work independently, manage multiple campaigns simultaneously, and meet deadlines
• Experience marketing to international audiences (Australia/US markets)
• Exposure to B2B / professional services or outsourcing industry campaigns
• Familiarity with LinkedIn Ads for B2B lead generation
