We are looking for a data-driven and result-oriented Performance Marketing Professional to manage and optimize paid advertising campaigns across Google and Meta platforms. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience with campaign setup, audience targeting, conversion tracking, and performance optimization to drive leads, sales, and ROI.

Key Responsibilities

• Plan, execute, and optimize paid campaigns across:
• Google Ads (Search, Display, YouTube, Performance Max)
• Meta Ads (Facebook & Instagram)
• Monitor campaign performance metrics including CTR, CPC, CPA, ROAS, and conversions.
• Conduct keyword research, audience targeting, and competitor analysis.
• Create and manage ad copies, creatives, and A/B testing strategies.
• Set up and manage tracking using:
• Google Analytics (GA4)
• Meta Pixel
• Conversion APIs
• Generate weekly and monthly performance reports with actionable insights.
• Optimize landing pages and funnels to improve conversion rates.
• Coordinate with creative and content teams for ad assets and campaign requirements.
• Knowledge of website management, Website conversion rate optimisation is a plus.
• Knowledge of CRM tools and marketing automation tools.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• 4 - 6 years of hands-on experience in performance marketing.
• Strong understanding of:
• Google Ads Manager

• Strong understanding of conversion full funnels planning, optimization and execution, including audience targeting and remarketing strategies.
• Strong analytical and reporting skills.

Preferred Qualifications

• Google Ads Certification or Meta Blueprint Certification.
