Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field.
  • 3–6 years of experience in performance marketing, paid media, digital advertising, or growth marketing.
  • Strong hands-on experience with Google Ads and Meta Ads.
  • Experience managing significant digital advertising budgets and delivering measurable business results.
  • Strong understanding of ROAS, ROI, CAC, CPA, CPL, CTR, CPC, conversion rate, LTV, and attribution.
  • Experience with Google Analytics 4, Google Tag Manager, Meta Business Manager/Ads Manager, and conversion tracking.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute performance marketing strategies across Google Ads, Meta Ads, LinkedIn Ads, and other platforms.
  • Plan, launch, manage, and optimize campaigns across Search, Display, Shopping, Video, Social, and remarketing channels.
  • Own campaign budgets, performance targets, CAC/CPA, ROAS, conversion rates, and revenue goals.
  • Conduct keyword research, audience research, competitor analysis, and market research to identify growth opportunities.
  • Create and manage audience segmentation, retargeting, lookalike audiences, and customer acquisition campaigns.
  • Continuously optimize campaigns based on performance data to improve CTR, CPC, CPA, conversion rate, ROAS, and overall ROI.
  • Develop and execute A/B tests for ad creatives, copy, landing pages, audiences, bidding strategies, and campaign structures.
  • Work closely with creative, content, sales, product, and business teams to develop high-performing marketing campaigns.
  • Monitor campaign performance and identify opportunities to scale successful campaigns while controlling acquisition costs.
  • Ensure accurate implementation and monitoring of conversion tracking, pixels, events, UTM parameters, and analytics.
  • Analyze customer acquisition funnels and identify areas for improving conversion and revenue.
  • Prepare regular performance reports and present actionable insights to management.
  • Stay updated on changes in advertising platforms, algorithms, attribution models, privacy regulations, and digital marketing trends.
  • Manage relationships with external agencies, freelancers, and platform representatives where required.
  • Forecast campaign performance, budgets, leads, conversions, and revenue to support business planning.

Performance Marketing Manager
Job Overview

We are looking for a results-driven Performance Marketing Manager to lead and optimize digital advertising campaigns across Google Ads, Meta Ads (Facebook & Instagram), and other performance marketing platforms. The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving customer acquisition, conversions, revenue growth, and overall marketing ROI through data-driven strategies.

The candidate should have strong expertise in paid media, campaign optimization, analytics, audience targeting, conversion tracking, and performance reporting.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute performance marketing strategies across Google Ads, Meta Ads, LinkedIn Ads, and other relevant digital platforms.

Preferred Qualifications
  • Google Ads and/or Meta Blueprint certifications.
  • Experience with e‑commerce, D2C, SaaS, fintech, education, real estate, or other performance‑driven businesses.
  • Experience with platforms such as LinkedIn Ads, YouTube Ads, Amazon Ads, or other programmatic/performance channels.
  • Familiarity with CRM platforms and marketing automation.
  • Experience working with attribution and analytics tools.
  • Strong understanding of SEO, content marketing, and full‑funnel digital marketing.
