Job summary

Mind A Mend in Pune is seeking a performance marketing professional to manage Google, Meta and LinkedIn ads and generate qualified B2B leads. You will optimise campaigns, landing pages and creatives, and track conversions using GA4 and GTM.

The role requires 1–3 years of hands-on experience in performance marketing, with a focus on Google/Meta ads, B2B lead generation, and analytics. Experience in consulting/IT services and the Middle East market is preferred.
