Qualifications

• Strong analytical skills with proficiency in Excel/Sheets.
• Good communication and reporting abilities.

Responsibilities

• Plan, launch, and manage paid campaigns on Google Ads, Meta Ads, LinkedIn Ads, and YouTube Ads.
• Optimize campaigns for CPA, CPL, ROAS, CTR, and conversion rate.
• Manage budgets, bidding strategies, and daily spend tracking.
• Conduct A/B testing on creatives, copy, audiences and landing pages.
• Perform audience research, segmentation and retargeting.
• Track conversions using Google Analytics, Tag Manager, and Meta Pixel.
• Collaborate with design and content teams for high-performing creatives.
• Analyze campaign data and prepare performance reports with actionable insights.

• Manage ad budgets, bidding strategies, and daily spend tracking
• Conduct A/B testing on ad creatives, copy, audiences, and landing pages
• Perform audience research, segmentation, and retargeting
• Set up and track conversions using Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager, and Meta Pixel
• Collaborate with design and content teams to create high-performing ad creatives
• Analyze campaign data and prepare performance reports with actionable insights
• Work with the sales and product teams to improve lead quality and funnel performance
• Stay updated on ad platform updates, algorithm changes, and industry trends

Preferred candidate profile

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or related field
• 0 to 2 years of experience in performance marketing, paid media, or digital marketing (internships count)
• Hands-on experience with Google Ads and Meta Ads Manager
• Good understanding of PPC, conversion tracking, and funnel optimization
• Working knowledge of Google Analytics (GA4) and Google Tag Manager
• Strong analytical skills with proficiency in MS Excel / Google Sheets
• Understanding of key metrics: CAC, ROAS, LTV, CPL, CTR
• Good communication and reporting skills
