Job summary

Zingroll Inc. in New Delhi, India is hiring a Performance Marketing Associate to lead hands-on campaigns across app platforms. You will build and coach a team over time, but still roll up your sleeves to set up, test, and optimize ads daily.

You’ll manage ads on App Store, Google, YouTube, TikTok and Meta, apply ASO tactics, craft persuasive copy, and analyze data to drive higher installs and lower cost per acquisition. This is a growth-ready, in-office role.

• 1–2 years of experience in app, product, or consumer marketing.
• You can spot a winning ad in two seconds and then build the technical experiment to prove it.
• Your language skills are sharp, and your marketing copy is crisp and effective.
• You’re ready to do whatever it takes to win the #1 spot in the market.

Responsibilities

We’re hiring a Performance Marketing Associate to put our app at the top of the App Store and Play Store charts. This is a hands-on leadership position for someone who doesn't need a manual. You’ll have the opportunity to build your own team and have flexibility in terms of strategy. The goal is to get ads to work.

What You'll Do

• Compensation Range: INR 6,00,000 - INR 8,00,000 LPA (The final package depends on skills, experience, and abilities – not your degree.)
