Zingroll is hiring a Performance Marketing Associate in Delhi to lead hands-on campaigns and build a team. The role blends creative and analytical work to drive app performance and top-chart positioning.

You will set up multi-channel ads, perform rapid testing, and craft compelling copy and videos. The position values startup experience and a bias for results, with hybrid work and a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• 1–2 years of experience in app/product/consumer marketing.
• Ability to spot a winning ad quickly and run a technical experiment to prove it.
• Sharp language skills; marketing copy should be crisp and effective.

We’re hiring a Performance Marketing Associate to put our app at the top of the App Store and Play Store charts. This is a hands-on leadership position for someone who doesn't need a manual. You’ll have the opportunity to build your own team and have flexibility in terms of strategy. The goal is to get ads to work.

What You'll Do

• Set up, manage, and scale ads on App Store, Google, YouTube, TikTok and Meta.
• Use A/B testing and ASO tactics to climb the Top Charts.
• Write clean, persuasive copy and use video editing skills to polish ads.
• Use your high creative standards to ensure every video, sound, and font choice makes the ad highly convertible.
• Research consumers, competitors, trends, and internet culture to identify new opportunities.
• Use data and research to evaluate what’s working and guide marketing decisions.
• Support influencer and UGC marketing initiatives.

• You have 1–2 years of experience in app, product, or consumer marketing.
• You can spot a winning ad in two seconds and then go build the technical experiment to prove it.
• Your language skills are sharp, and your marketing copy is crisp and effective.
