Job summary

NSL Textiles in Hyderabad is seeking an experienced payroll specialist to manage end-to-end payroll for 4,000+ workers in a manufacturing environment. You will collect attendance, overtime, leave and other inputs, verify data, and ensure timely statutory filings (PF/ESIC).

Proficiency in MS Excel and payroll software/HRMS is required, with strong coordination skills to liaise with Plant HR and Finance teams. Experience in textile operations and compliance is preferred.

Qualifications

• 3–6 years of experience in Payroll & Statutory Compliance.
• Knowledge of PF, ESIC and labour statutory compliances.
• Experience in handling large-scale payroll.
• Proficiency in MS Excel and payroll software/HRMS.
• Good coordination and verification skills.
• Experience in manufacturing/textile industry preferred.
