Job summary

Belhem India Pvt Ltd in Uttar Pradesh seeks an experienced payroll specialist to manage end-to-end payroll for operations staff, including attendance, shifts, overtime, incentives and deductions.

You will ensure timely salary processing, maintain payroll records and employee databases, and handle statutory compliances such as PF, ESIC, PT, TDS and Labour Laws. You’ll coordinate with HR, Finance and operations for attendance, joining/exit formalities and audits.

Qualifications

• Experience handling payroll for 500+ employees.
• Solid knowledge of Indian statutory compliances (PF, ESIC, PT, TDS).
• Familiarity with labour laws and Shops & Establishments regulations.

Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end payroll processing for operations staff, including attendance, shifts, overtime, incentives and deductions.
• Ensure timely and accurate salary processing while maintaining payroll records and employee databases.
• Handle statutory compliances including PF, ESIC, PT, TDS, Labour Laws and applicable Shops & Establishments regulations.
• Prepare and file monthly/periodic statutory returns and ensure timely payment of statutory dues.
• Coordinate with HR, Finance and operations teams for attendance, payroll inputs, joining/exit formalities and employee documentation.
• Maintain employee records, wage registers, compliance registers and documentation required for audits and inspections.
• Coordinate with government authorities, auditors and consultants on labour and statutory compliance matters.
• Ensure compliance with employment, access, documentation and operational requirements, while supporting smooth HR/payroll operations.
