Job summary

Keertana Finserv is seeking a customer-oriented professional to join our team in an expanding gold loan operation. You will welcome customers, understand requirements, explain loan products and processes, and handle queries professionally.

You will support gold-loan processing, documentation, system entries, valuation, pledge, disbursement, and transaction records, and assist with repayments, renewals, and gold release formalities.

Responsibilities

• Customer service: Welcome customers, understand requirements, explain loan products/processes, and handle customer queries professionally.
• Gold loan operations: Support gold-loan processing, documentation, system entries, and gold valuation, pledge, disbursement, and transaction records.
• Repayments & Renewals: Follow up on EMI/payment dues, assist with payment queries, renewals, documentation, and gold release formalities.
• Auction & Pending Accounts: Support follow-ups for overdue and auction-related accounts and maintain required records and customer communication.
