Keertana Finserv is seeking a Customer Service Executive to support loan operations in Shadnagar, Telangana. You will welcome customers, assess requirements, explain loan products and processes, and handle queries with professionalism.

You will also assist with gold loan operations, maintaining documentation, system entries, valuation, pledge, disbursement, and transaction records, plus manage repayments, renewals, and follow-ups on overdue and auction accounts.

Responsabilités

• Customer service: welcome customers, understand requirements, explain loan products/processes, handle queries professionally.
• Gold-loan operations: support processing, documentation, system entries, gold valuation, pledge, disbursement, and records.
• Repayments & renewals: follow up on EMI/payment dues, assist with payment queries, renewals, documentation, and gold release.
• Auction & pending accounts: support follow-ups for overdue and auction-related accounts, maintain records and communications.

Key Responsibilities

• Repayments & Renewals: Follow up on EMI/payment dues, assist with payment queries, renewals, documentation, and gold release formalities.
• Auction & Pending Accounts: Support follow-ups for overdue and auction-related accounts and maintain required records and customer communication.
