Job summary

Keertana Finserv is seeking a dedicated professional to support customer service and gold loan operations. The role involves guiding customers through loan processes, handling documentation, and managing repayments, renewals, and related records.

You will also assist in handling overdue accounts and auction-related activities with clear communication to customers. The ideal candidate will have strong attention to detail and the ability to coordinate documentation, valuations, and disbursements

Responsibilities

• Customer Service: Welcome customers, understand requirements, explain loan products/processes, and handle queries professionally.
• Gold Loan Operations: Support processing, documentation, system entries, and gold valuation, pledge, disbursement, and records.
• Repayments & Renewals: Follow up on EMI dues, assist with payments, renewals, documentation, and gold release formalities.
• Auction & Pending Accounts: Support follow-ups for overdue and auction-related accounts and maintain records and customer communication.
