Keertana Finserv in India is seeking a role focused on customer service and gold loan operations. The position involves assisting gold-loan processing, documentation, system entries, and valuation, along with handling pledge and disbursement records.

You will also manage repayments and renewals, following up on EMI dues and addressing payment queries, while supporting auction and pending accounts and maintaining related records and communications with customers.

Responsabilités

• Customer Service: greet customers, understand requirements, explain loan products and handle queries.
• Gold Loan Operations: assist processing, documentation, valuation, pledge, disbursement and records.
• Repayments & Renewals: follow up on EMI dues, handle payment queries and renewals.
• Auction & Pending Accounts: follow up on overdue/auction accounts and maintain records.

Key Responsibilities

• Customer Service: Welcome customers, understand requirements, explain loan products/processes, and handle customer queries professionally.
• Gold Loan Operations: Support gold-loan processing, documentation, system entries, and gold valuation, pledge, disbursement, and transaction records.
• Repayments & Renewals: Follow up on EMI/payment dues, assist with payment queries, renewals, documentation, and gold release formalities.
• Auction & Pending Accounts: Support follow-ups for overdue and auction-related accounts and maintain required records and customer communication.
