Job summary

Keertana Finserv in Telangana, India, invites a customer service oriented professional to join our gold loan operations team. You will welcome customers, explain loan products and processes, and handle queries with accuracy and courtesy.

The role covers gold loan processing, documentation, system entries, valuations, pledge, disbursement, repayments, renewals, and auction/pending account follow-ups. You will maintain records and communicate clearly with customers to support smooth loan cycles.

Responsibilities

• Customer Service: Welcome customers, understand requirements, explain loan products/processes, and handle customer queries professionally.
• Gold Loan Operations: Support gold-loan processing, documentation, system entries, and gold valuation, pledge, disbursement, and transaction records.
• Repayments & Renewals: Follow up on EMI/payment dues, assist with payment queries, renewals, documentation, and gold release formalities.
• Auction & Pending Accounts: Support follow-ups for overdue and auction-related accounts and maintain required records and customer communication.
