Job summary

Keertana Finserv in Hyderabad is seeking support staff to assist with gold loan operations and customer service. The role involves welcoming customers, explaining loan products and processes, and handling queries efficiently.

You will assist with gold-loan processing, documentation, system entries, and valuation, pledge, and disbursement tasks, as well as follow-ups on repayments and renewals, and manage auction/pending accounts communication.

Responsibilities

• Customer Service: Welcome customers, understand requirements, explain loan products/processes, and handle customer queries professionally.
• Gold Loan Operations: Support gold-loan processing, documentation, system entries, and gold valuation, pledge, disbursement, and transaction records.
• Repayments & Renewals: Follow up on EMI/payment dues, assist with payment queries, renewals, documentation, and gold release formalities.
• Auction & Pending Accounts: Support follow-ups for overdue and auction-related accounts and maintain required records and customer communication.
