Job summary

Cipla Goa site seeks a warehouse professional to oversee the receipt, storage, issue, and dispatch of raw materials, packaging materials, and finished goods. The role focuses on accurate inventory control, stock reconciliation, and ERP/SAP transactions within a GMP-compliant environment.

You will collaborate with Production, QA, QC, and Procurement to ensure timely material availability while adhering to safety standards and warehouse SOPs.

Qualifications

• Experience in warehouse/inventory roles.
• Knowledge of GMP/GDP standards.
• Familiarity with ERP/SAP systems and warehouse documentation.

Responsibilities

• Manage receipt, storage, issuance, and dispatch of raw materials, packaging materials, and finished goods.
• Ensure proper inventory control and stock reconciliation.
• Maintain ERP/SAP transactions and warehouse documentation.
• Coordinate with Production, QA, QC, and Procurement teams.
• Ensure compliance with GMP, GDP, safety, and warehouse SOPs.
• Monitor stock levels and support periodic physical inventory audits.
• Maintain proper housekeeping and storage conditions in the warehouse.
