Job summary

Zenzi Pharmaceutical Industries in Maharashtra seeks a Warehouse Operator to manage inbound and outbound materials, ensure batch-wise segregation, proper labeling, and strict GMP adherence. The role includes material receipt, storage, dispatch, documentation, and coordination with QA for material status and non-moving items.

Responsibilities also cover maintaining stock records, preparing SOPs, and ensuring cleanliness and calibration of equipment.

Responsibilities

• a. To receipt of raw material, packing material, finished goods and its documentation and receipts of consumables and miscellaneous materials;
• b. To segregate the raw material, packing material and finished goods batch wise and ensure proper labelling;
• c. To Maintain proper segregation of Controlled raw material, bulk and finished products, Returned finished product, and Quarantined, Approved and Rejected materials;
• d. To ensure storage of raw material, packing material and finished goods at designated locations as per storage condition;
• e. To Dispatch of Finished Goods and its documentation.
• f. To maintain and update the location chart of all storage areas.
• g. To issue the raw material and packing material to production as pre Material Requisition, BMR/BPR;
• h. To coordinate with QA for retest/expired/non moving/slow moving of raw material and packing material for further action
• . To rejection rebooking and its disposal of materials in coordination with QA;
• j. Palletization of finished goods for export batches;
• k. To maintain all the stock of material physical as well as Bin card;
• l. To prepare the SOPs;
• m. To maintain proper cleanliness across the warehouse.
• n. To ensure the qualification, calibration and maintenance of his department, premises and equipment;
• o. To ensure the environmental condition of warehouse areas are within the limit and inform to QA and Engineering in case of discrepancy;
• p. To ensure proper Documentation, Log books, Records etc., of warehouse department;
• q. Indenting of materials to procurement as per requirement and its follow-up;
• r. To follow that GMP and safety norms across the warehouse department;
• s. To coordinate with cross functional departments for smooth running of activity;
• t. To follow that GMP and safety norms across the warehouse department;
• u. Any other responsibility assigned by the Management / Department Head.
