Job summary

Manasa Mitr Management Consultancy is seeking a Warehouse Supervisor to oversee day-to-day warehouse operations, including RM/PM/FG handling, FIFO/FEFO adherence, and space optimization. You will lead shifts, ensure SOP compliance, and coordinate inbound/outbound activities with accuracy.

SKF-style SAP proficiency is needed to handle GRN, STO, OBD, and inventory movements while maintaining inventory accuracy and KPI tracking.

Responsibilities

• Manage and deploy warehouse manpower across shifts, ensuring productivity, discipline, and SOP compliance.
• Execute and monitor inbound and outbound activities including unloading, put-away, picking, staging, and dispatch.
• Perform and validate SAP transactions such as GRN, STO, OBD, and inventory movements with high accuracy and timeliness.
• Ensure proper binning, labeling, and traceability of materials across all warehouse locations.
• Plan and coordinate vehicle placement for dispatches and inter-unit material transfers as per defined schedules.
• Monitor and improve warehouse throughput including loading/unloading time and dispatch turnaround time.
• Conduct cycle counts and support periodic physical verification to maintain inventory accuracy.
• Identify and report discrepancies such as damages, shortages, or system mismatches and support resolution.
• Ensure upkeep of warehouse infrastructure including storage systems, racks, and material handling equipment.
• Maintain discipline in storage areas including layout adherence, segregation, and space optimization.
• Coordinate with production, planning, and logistics teams to ensure timely material availability and dispatch execution.
• Maintain warehouse documentation including logs, checklists, inventory records, and audit-related data.
• Track and adhere to warehouse KPIs such as inventory accuracy, picking accuracy, and dispatch timelines.
