Job summary

Troikaa Pharmaceuticals in Ahmedabad, Gujarat, seeks a Warehouse/Stores Executive to manage QMS documentation, material receipts, storage, dispensing, and stock reconciliation.

You will coordinate with production, ensure timely GRN, barcode labeling, audit readiness, SAP entry, and safety compliance across warehouse operations.

Responsibilities

• QMS documents handling: prepare, update, amend and review SOPs; manage change control, deviations and CAPA.
• Materials Received and GRN preparation: unload materials timely; prepare Goods Received Notes (RM, PM & MISC); affix barcode labels on time.
• Material Storage and handling: maintain store per cGMP guidelines; check storage and stock accuracy against books.
• Log book entry and verification: online entry in respective area logbook; timely review of store records.
• Materials Dispensing and timely transfer to Production: coordinate with production; ensure timely dispensing of RM/PM; transfer dispensed materials to production.
• Stock verification and reconciliation to Auditor: timely stock verification and reconciliation; assist auditors.
• Audit Preparation and provide compliance reports to QA: attend audits, provide supporting documents.
• Software entry and report: SAP entry; LMS training.
• Assist to HOD and team buildup: oversee day-to-day receipt, issuance, storage; coordinate with CFT; enforce safety guidelines.

Job Responsibilities

1 QMS Documents handling

• To be Prepare New SOP.
• Prepare, update, amended and review of Store SOPs.
• To be handling Change control, deviation and CAPA

2 Materials Received and GRN preparation

• Ensure that timely unload materials.
• Prepare Goods received note. (RM, PM & MISC.)
• Ensure that timely affixed Barcode label

3 Material Storage and handling

• Maintain the store as per cGMP guidelines.
• To be check properly arrangement and storage of materials.
• To be check physical stocks against book stocks

4 Log book entry and verification

• Online entry done in Respective area logbook
• Timely check and review records of Stores

5 Materials Dispensing and timely transfer to Production

• Coordinate with production and plan for timely dispensing.
• Ensure that timely dispensing of raw material and packaging material to Production
• Ensure that dispensed material timely transfer to the production area.

6 Stock verification and reconciliation to Auditor

• Ensure that timely stock verification to be done
• Responsible for timely reconciliation of stock
• Responsible for Attend the Auditor for Stock verification and reconciliation.

7 Audit Preparation and provide compliance report to QA

• Responsible for Audit compliance
• To attend the Auditors and explain store operations.
• Responsible for Provide Audit observation complies supporting documents to QA.

8 Software entry and report

• SAP Entry
• LMS training

9 Assist to HOD and team buildup

• Responsible of day to day receipt, issuance, storage and monthly physical verification of RM, PM, Consumable, electrical, mechanical and utility items.
• Coordination with CFT department for smooth operation.
• To follow the safety guidelines across the warehouse operation.
