Responsibilities

• Maintain records of inventory levels, stock movements, and stock transactions using inventory software.
• Conduct regular physical stock counts and reconcile discrepancies with system records.
• Receive incoming goods, verify quantity and quality, and process goods receipt notes.
• Coordinate with suppliers and logistics for timely dispatch of goods.
• Organize storage areas for efficient space utilization and accessibility of goods.
• Monitor stock levels and initiate replenishment per reorder levels and policies.
• Prepare documentation related to inventory, including stock records, POs, and delivery notes.
• Generate reports on inventory status, stock movements, and performance metrics for management.
• Ensure compliance with inventory policies and implement quality controls to prevent loss or damage.
• Collaborate with procurement and logistics to optimize inventory management processes.

• Conduct regular physical stock counts and reconcile discrepanciesbetween physical counts and system records.

Receiving and Dispatch:

• Receive incoming goods, verify quality and quantity against purchaseorders, and process goods receipt notes.
• Coordinate with suppliers and logistics providers for timelydispatch of goods to customers or internal departments.

Storageand Warehousing:

• Organize and maintain storage areas to ensure efficient spaceutilization and accessibility of goods.
• Implement proper storage methods to preserve the quality andcondition of stored items.

Stock Control and Replenishment:

• Monitor stock levels and initiate replenishment orders as perreorder levels and inventory policies.
• Coordinate with procurement team for timely procurement of materialsand supplies.

Documentationand Reporting:

• Prepare and maintain accurate documentation related to inventory, includingstock records, purchase orders, and delivery notes.
• Generate regular reports on inventory status, stock movements, andperformance metrics for management review.

Qualityand Compliance:

• Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures related toinventory management, storage, and stock control.
• Implementquality control measures to prevent stock damage, loss, or theft.
• Collaboratewith procurement, logistics, and other departments to optimize inventorymanagement processes and resolve issues.
