Responsibilities

• Maintain warehouse inventory records and ERP entries.
• Prepare GRN, material issue, transfer, dispensing, and dispatch documents.
• Coordinate raw material dispensing as per approved BMR/BPR and SOPs.
• Verify material name, batch number, quantity, status, and expiry before dispensing.
• Ensure proper weighing, labeling, double-checking, and documentation of dispensed materials.
• Maintain batch-wise inventory and material traceability.
• Follow GMP, GDP, SOP, FIFO/FEFO and safety requirements.
• Coordinate with Production, QA, QC, Purchase, and Logistics.
• Perform physical stock verification and reconciliation.
• Maintain warehouse and dispensing-area documentation and records.
