Job summary

Munters India Humidity Control Private Ltd (MIN) is seeking an Inventory Controller to manage store operations and ERP-driven material movements in Mumbai Suburban. The role focuses on accurate receipts, issues, transfers and maintaining stock integrity to support uninterrupted production and projects.

The incumbent will verify materials against purchase documents, coordinate with Procurement and Quality teams for discrepancies, and generate essential inventory reports to enable data-driven

Qualifications

• Experience using ERP systems to manage receipts, issues, and movements.
• Strong understanding of inventory control and stock accuracy.
• Ability to coordinate with Procurement and Quality teams for discrepancies.

Responsibilities

• Process material receipts, issues, transfers and GRAN transactions in ERP systems (Tally, TranZact).
• Maintain accurate inventory records and monitor stock levels for availability.
• Verify incoming materials against purchase documents and resolve discrepancies with Procurement/Quality teams.
• Issue materials against approved requisitions to production/maintenance/projects.
• Conduct monthly, annual and cycle stock verifications to ensure accuracy.
• Maintain inventory documentation and support audits.
• Ensure proper material storage, FIFO/FEFO compliance, and 5S housekeeping.
• Generate reports on inventory, consumption, ageing and stock movements for data analysis.
• Assist in reconciliation, BOM consumption tracking and continuous process improvement.

To manage store operations efficiently through ERP systems by ensuring accurate receipt, storage, issuance, inventory control, and record while supporting uninterrupted production and operational activities.Key Responsibilities:Process material receipts, issues, transfers, and GRAN transactions in ERP systems (Tally, TranZact, etc.).Maintain accurate inventory records and monitor stock levels to ensure material availability.Verify incoming materials against purchase documents and coordinate discrepancy resolution with Procurement and Quality teams.Issue materials against approved requisitions and support production, maintenance, and project activities.Conduct monthly, annual, and cycle stock verifications to ensure inventory accuracy and control variances.Maintain inventory-related documentation and support internal and external audit requirements.Ensure proper material storage, identification, FIFO/FEFO compliance, and 5S housekeeping standards.Generate inventory, consumption, ageing, and stock movement reports and support data analysis.Assist in inventory reconciliation, BOM consumption tracking, and continuous process improvement initiatives.
