Job summary

CIEL HR Services in Bengaluru (HSR Layout) is looking for a Non-IT Recruiter for a Work from Office role with bulk hiring and immediate joiners preferred.

Key duties include end-to-end recruitment for Non-IT positions, sourcing via portals and referrals, resume screening, telephonic interviews, interview coordination, candidate follow-ups, salary negotiations, and offer rollouts; you will maintain recruitment trackers and aim to meet daily/monthly targets.
