Ontime Global in Bengaluru is seeking a proactive Non-IT Recruiter to source, screen, and recruit candidates for non-IT roles. The role involves posting openings on Naukri and other portals, building a strong candidate pipeline, and coordinating interviews with hiring managers.

Work location is KR Puram/Bhattarahalli, Bengaluru with work from office, six days a week; the ideal candidate has good communication, multi-tasking, and strong interpersonal skills to meet recruitment targets.

Qualifications

• Any graduate with good communication skills.
• Experience in Non-IT recruitment is preferred; freshers with a strong interest in recruitment may also apply.
• Basic knowledge of Naukri and other job portals.
• Good sourcing, screening, and candidate coordination skills.
• Ability to manage multiple job openings and meet deadlines.
• Strong interpersonal skills and a positive attitude.

Responsabilités

• Post job openings on Naukri and other portals.
• Source candidates through Naukri, job portals, employee referrals, and other channels.
• Screen resumes and shortlist suitable candidates based on job requirements.
• Conduct initial screening calls to assess candidates' skills, experience, and salary expectations.
• Coordinate interviews between candidates and hiring managers.
• Follow up with candidates throughout the recruitment process.
• Maintain candidate databases and update recruitment trackers.
• Meet recruitment targets and ensure timely closure of open positions.
• Build and maintain a strong candidate pipeline for current and future requirements.

Job Summary
