CIEL HR in Mumbai is seeking an HR Non-IT Recruiter to manage end-to-end recruitment including bulk hiring for Sales and Services clients in non-IT sectors. You will source candidates from major portals and coordinate the interview process, ensuring timely closures.

The role requires 6 months to 2 years of non-IT recruitment experience, strong communication, and the ability to join immediately or within 15 days.

• Strong communication and candidate coordination skills.
• Good knowledge of sourcing, job portals, and bulk hiring.
• Candidates who can join immediately or within 15 days are preferred.
