Job summary

Elite Collection Inc in Bengaluru (JP Nagar) is hiring a Non-IT Recruiter to manage end-to-end recruitment from sourcing to offer management. You will work from office, six days a week, focusing on business, sales, operations, finance, HR and other non-technical roles.

The ideal candidate has 2–6 years of non-IT recruitment experience, strong sourcing and headhunting skills, and proficiency with Naukri, LinkedIn, Excel, and recruitment-tracking tools.
