Key Responsibilities

• Collaboration: Partner with hiring managers to define job requirements, understand team needs, and establish criteria for roles like Sales, Marketing, Finance, Operations.
• Sourcing & Attraction: Develop strategies to find candidates via job boards, social media, networking, and events; post compelling job descriptions.
• Screening & Interviewing: Review resumes, conduct initial phone screens, and coordinate in-person/virtual interviews with hiring managers.
• Candidate Management: Manage the entire process (end-to-end), maintain databases, track metrics (time-to-hire), and provide follow-ups.
• Offer & Onboarding: Extend job offers, negotiate terms, and support the onboarding process, ensuring a positive experience.
• Industry Knowledge: Stay updated on trends in non-IT sectors and best recruitment practices.
