Job summary

CIEL HR Services Pvt. Ltd. in Bangalore is seeking a recruitment specialist to handle end-to-end non-IT hiring.

You will source candidates through portals, referrals, social media, headhunting and other channels, screen and coordinate interviews, and manage joining documentation from the office. Five-day work week, Monday to Friday, with location at HSR Layout, Bangalore. Ideal candidates have 6 months to 1 year of recruitment experience, strong communication skills, and knowledge of sourcing
