Job summary

Teleperformance is seeking International Chat Support Executives to handle customer queries via chat and convert inquiries into sales. This position is based in Mohali and offers 5 days work week with 10-hour rotational shifts. Night cab facility available for female employees.

Role & responsibilities:

• Handle customer queries via chat.
• Assist customers with product and service information.
• Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable products or services.
• Drive sales by converting customer inquiries into successful transactions via chat.
• Resolve customer queries while ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction.
• Adhere to company policies, quality standards and compliance guidelines.

Preferred candidate profile:

Working Schedule:

• Days: 5 days per week.
• Shifts: Rotational shifts of 10 hours.
• Weekly Off:2 rotational weekly off.
• Leave Policy: No planned leaves allowed for the first 3 months.
• Cab Facility: Available only for female employees (1-way- Chargeable) during night shifts (between 9 PM to 6 AM).
• Salary: 3.8 LPA
