Job summary

Teleperformance Jaipur is hiring for an International Non-Voice / Chat Process to interact with global customers via live chat and email, address queries, resolve issues, and ensure a high-quality customer experience.

The role offers in-office work in Mohali with a 5-day schedule and 2 rotational offs. Freshers and experienced candidates (0–5 years) are eligible, with a package of 3.5–4.0 LPA and immediate joining from Oct 22 onwards.

Qualifications

• Freshers or candidates with up to 5 years of experience.
• Must be ready to join immediately.
• Excellent written English with strong typing and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Handle real-time chat and email inquiries from international customers professionally and promptly.
• Understand issues, troubleshoot, and provide clear, brand-guided solutions.
• Maintain high-quality customer interactions with strong written communication and typing speed.
• Manage escalations and coordinate with internal teams for resolution.
• Adhere to schedule, quality, and KPIs (CSAT, Resolution Time, FCR).

• Handle real-time incoming chat and email inquiries from international customers in a professional and timely manner.
• Understand customer issues, troubleshoot problems, and provide clear, accurate solutions adhering to brand guidelines.
• Maintain high quality standards across customer interactions with excellent written communication and typing speed.
• Manage customer escalations effectively and coordinate with internal teams when necessary for resolution.
• Adhere to schedule adherence, quality compliance, and key performance metrics (CSAT, Resolution Time, FCR).

Key Skills & Requirements

• Communication: Excellent written English skills (grammar, vocabulary, and professional tone).
• Typing Speed: Good typing speed with high accuracy.
• Problem Solving: Strong analytical and issue-resolution skills for efficient real-time handling.
• Flexibility: Comfortable working in 24/7 rotational shifts and rotational days off.
