Teleperformance in Jaipur is hiring Graduate freshers and undergraduates for an International Chat Process. You will handle chat-based customer inquiries, provide product and service information, and resolve issues while maintaining accurate CRM logs.

This role requires excellent English communication, fast typing, and willingness to rotate shifts. Freshers or candidates with up to six months experience are welcome; pursue a regular course is not allowed.

Formación

• Typing speed of 30 WPM with 90% accuracy.
• Willing to work in rotational/night shifts.

Responsabilidades

• Handle customer queries through chat support for international processes.
• Resolve customer concerns related to products, services and accounts.
• Understand customer requirements and provide appropriate solutions.
• Provide accurate product and service information to customers.
• Maintain detailed records of customer interactions in the CRM system and escalate issues as needed.
• Aim to meet quality, productivity, and CSAT targets.

Position: Customer Support Executive - International Chat Process

Location: Pratap Nagar, Jaipur

• Handle customer queries and concerns through chat support.
• Resolve customer concerns related to products, services, and accounts.

• Resolve queries within the defined TAT.
• Maintain detailed and accurate records of customer interactions in the CRM system.

• Follow company policies, compliance guidelines, and data security standards.
