Job summary

Teleperformance India (Mohali) is seeking a chat-based customer support executive to handle customer queries, provide service information, and recommend suitable products or services. You will aim to resolve issues with a focus on customer satisfaction.

Ideal candidates include undergraduates or graduates, freshers or experienced applicants, with excellent written English. Working in rotational 10-hour shifts and 5 days a week is required; note that regular course students are not eligible.

• Leave Policy: No planned leaves allowed for the first 3 months.
• Cab Facility: Available only for female employees during night shifts (between 9 PM to 6 AM).
