Job summary

Teleperformance (TP) in Jaipur is hiring for a chat-based customer support role. You will handle customer queries, provide service information, and understand needs to suggest suitable products.

Undergrad with 6 months experience or graduate; freshers and experienced may apply. Shifts are rotational, 5 days a week, with cab facilities for female staff during night shifts. This is a full-time on-site position with adherence to policies and quality standards.

Working Schedule:

• Days: 5 days per week.
• Shifts: Rotational shifts of 10 hours.
• Weekly Off:2 rotational weekly off.
• Leave Policy: No planned leaves allowed for the first 3 months.
• Cab Facility: Available only for female employees during night shifts (between 9 PM to 6 AM).
