Job summary

Teleperformance (TP) invites applications for a chat-based customer support role. You will handle customer queries via chat, assist customers with service information, and recommend suitable products or services to meet needs.

The position requires excellent written English and adherence to policies. Working schedule includes 5 days per week with rotational 24x7 shifts and 2 rotational offs; cab facility provided and no planned leaves for the first 3 months.

Qualifications

• Undergraduate (with 6 months of experience) or Graduate.
• Minimum 6 months experience is mandatory.
• Excellent written English Communication.
• Willing to work in rotational shifts.
• Note: Candidates pursuing regular course are not eligible.
