Job summary

Mahindra And Mahindra Ltd. is seeking a Warehouse Manager to coordinate inbound/outbound and inventory teams, drive KPI attainment, and ensure process adherence across the site. Strong SAP/ERP knowledge and MS Office proficiency are required along with 4–7 years of relevant experience.

You will manage inventory accuracy, 5S, and cost optimization initiatives while collaborating with customer care, demand planning, sourcing, and QA teams to meet revenue and service targets.

Qualifications

• BE/B.Tech/MBA education is required.
• 4–7 years of general experience in the field.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate between inbound, outbound and Inventory teams for any operational issues and effective team performance.
• Work closely with customer care, BA (or any other third party vendor), Demand planning, Sourcing, Quality, Packaging and his team for attainment of KPI’s.
• Monitoring MIS & KPI’s and taking corrective measures in case of non-attainment.
• Responsible for overall inventory accuracy, process adherence and 5S for the site.
• Driving process improvement / cost saving / productivity improvement projects.
• Customer Management and working towards increase in customer satisfaction index.
• Monitoring operating cost for his location and ensures within defined limit
• Regular Process Audit
• Compliance to legal & Statutory norms
• Adequate Training of team
• SLA assessment
• Fast Fill Rate as per targets
• Alignment of Internal business processes for achieving revenue & service level target
• Inventory accuracy, Stock to Dock & Dock to Stock
