Responsibilities

  • Oversee and manage daily warehouse operations, ensuring smooth and efficient processes.
  • Develop and implement standard operating procedures (SOPs) for receiving, handling, storing, and dispatching automotive spare parts.
  • Monitor and manage warehouse layout and space utilization to maximize operational efficiency.
  • Ensure timely and accurate processing of orders, from receipt to dispatch.
  • Coordinate with various stakeholder & ensure alignment of warehouse activities with business needs.
  • Implement and maintain robust inventory management systems to track stock levels, turnover rates, and order accuracy.
  • Conduct regular inventory audits and cycle counts to ensure data accuracy.
  • Identify and manage slow-moving and obsolete inventory to optimize stock levels.
  • Lead, train, and develop a team of warehouse onrole & offrole staff
  • Set performance goals, conduct regular performance reviews, and provide feedback and coaching.
  • Ensure adherence to safety protocols and compliance with company policies.
  • Ensure that all warehouse operations comply with health and safety regulations.
  • Conduct regular safety audits and implement corrective actions as needed.
  • Promote a culture of safety awareness and continuous improvement among warehouse staff.
  • Oversee the implementation and utilization of warehouse management systems (WMS) and other relevant technology.
  • Operating knowledge of various automation eg- Conveyors (WCS), sorters etc

The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring efficient and effective management of all warehouse activities, including inventory management, order fulfilment. The role requires a strong leader with excellent organizational skills, a keen eye for detail, and the ability to optimize warehouse operations.

Key Responsibilities:

General Experience

  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
