Job summary

HDFC ERGO General Insurance is seeking an experienced Manager - Human Resources in India. You will serve as the primary HR point of contact for designated business units, align HR strategies with business goals, and drive onboarding and engagement initiatives.

The role requires 2–6 years of experience and an MBA/PGDM in HR or equivalent. You will conduct HR interviews, manage employee relations, and leverage HR dashboards for key metrics, reporting to the HR department.

Responsibilities

• Execute employee engagement activities across the business units.
• Address employee concerns, grievances, and conduct preliminary investigations where needed.
• Communicate policy updates and ensure consistent interpretation.
• Monitor discipline, attendance management, and contractual workforce governance.
• Use HR dashboards to track key metrics such as attrition, absenteeism, manpower costs, and productivity.
• Provide actionable insights and propose interventions based on data trends.
• Prepare monthly HRBP reports and share them with management.
