Job summary

HDFC ERGO General Insurance invites applications for Deputy Manager – Operations & Services in Hyderabad. The role focuses on branch operations, risk controls, and process excellence across clusters.

You will report to Cluster Head - Branch Operations and collaborate with Sales, Channel Partners, and internal teams to ensure timely processing of proposals and adherence to SLAs. Requires 3-7 years of experience and Graduation; non-campus option.

• Develop strong interpersonal skills with various functional stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Compliance in Volume and Quality: Inwarding, Banking, Processing of eligible proposals at branches.
• Conducting trainings and meetings with Sales and Channel Partners at regular intervals.
• Walk in Management and Audit Compliance: No High NC in Audit reports.
• Targeted Branch Administration: Admin related activities to be completed as per timelines & Standards.
• Enable process implementation across all functional areas to support and enable risk identification & mitigation.
• Improvement in Digitization and productivity metrics.
