Job summary

HDFC ERGO General Insurance in Bengaluru seeks a Senior Manager - SME Business to build and lead the SME sales agenda, drive agency recruitment, and grow revenue through new and existing channels. You will report to the Senior Manager and work with the Corporate Business Group to expand motor and non-motor SME offerings.

The role requires 5–10 years of sales experience, strong networking, and a proven ability to recruit and manage agency partners.

Qualifications

• Excellent sales skills and convincing abilities.
• 2+ years of experience in Agency SM.
• Knowledge of Motor and Non-motor SME products is an added advantage.

Responsibilities

• Recruit SME agency partnerships and drive recruitment from new and existing channels.
• Support SME sales initiatives within Corporate Business Group to grow GMV.
